    I always gain muscle mass on KETO, might be because it makes me train more and watch my protein intake better. none the less KETO is great for muscle gains IMO.

    I'm not buying it. I have difficulty gaining strength using a keto-type diet, but I certainly don't lose any.

    Ketogenic short term is amazing.

    Ketogenic long term is very unhealthy and terrible.

    The bottom line is changing things up almost always is good for a period of time, that is if you are smart about it.

    you need to have carbs preworkout to even workout with full capacity....otherwise you just feel demotivated. ..i have my own form of keto....i skip last meal of the day ..thats keto for me LOL

    bodybuilders in the 70's at golds gym venice ackwarding to Jerry brainum were on keto and had one meal high carbs a week or every 4 days
