I think Part 2 is going to be Arms because there isn't Arm training in this video.

Juan, your workout seemed focused more on the concentric portion of the reps. Do you ever focus on negatives? What is the reason for your training style? It clearly works, but do you think slower negatives help your body gain muscle and a little more mind-muscle connection?

Hey wasup brother never been much of focusing on the negative part of the rep always loved the explosive part I know both are very effective.. I'm just not a fan of it. I believe explosive movement give more mass!! Look at Ronnie and Branch for example

See bold above: I agree, which is why all the pros (for the most part) with the biggest chests, which includes yourself, explode on the concentric portion of the rep. The chest works harder when doing rapid-style, continuous tension reps in an explosive manner. It enables the person to handle more weight and forces the chest to do more work within a shorter period of time. It doesn't always work the best for everyone, but it does for a lot of people.

Juan, you have one of the best chests in the IFBB today--a throw back to the days when we used to see more BB'rs with thick, full, round, hanging pecs, such as Arnold, Haney, and Ronnie.

Chest is average at best, arms are terrible, delts loaded with oil.

Try good form, less ego when lifting. You need to decide if the weights are the goal or the body is, so far you are torn and it shows.
