    That one guys range of motion on squats is the worst I've ever seen

    steve putting on a tutorial on how to squat and guy can't even pay attention

    I was thinking the same thing. Literally I see bros at the gym that love to pile on weight that they have no business doing squat at least 1/4 of the way down. This dude doesn't come close to that. At the same time, from what I've heard in the past is that this guy is extremely smart when it comes to training and nutrition. This leads me to believe maybe there is a reason for his depth. So, is there a reason for it?

    Dan is pretty large so his form is working. He's def not a bro in the gym that just piles on weight. He's top level bodybuilder

    his range of motion is perfectly fine....find the range of motion that works for you

    WHEEEEEELS. Any of you guys have a good tip on loosening up super tight legs and stiff knees... besides warmup and foam rolling?

    It seems like Dan struggles a little on squats, as if he had some tightness in the hip area that doesnt allow him to go lower without the risk of leaning forward too much. For some guys having tight hips, or flexibility issues in the ankles, leads to suats that look more like good mornings than anything else

    All of them have poor form, Steve by far has the worst. His falling down motion and bounce at the bottom will destroy his joints in the future. Less ego and better form is priceless.

    I'm always amused by the critiquing by no name amateurs on top level NPC competitor and IFBB Pro's form and development.. they obviously have a reason for doing what they are doing. That "one guy" is Dan Newmire, and he has some of the best legs in NPC, and Kuclo's are obviously great... smh.. a bunch of Skip Bayless's on these threads.
