    Only been in the gym on sat and sundays the last couple weeks. Been slammed full at work and my wifes finishing up the end of NP school, so shes been stressed. Im doing most of the mommmy daddy stuff lately. Gonna start hittin the gym at night after they are in bed. Ive still been eatin alright. As for ass pic updates.... Ill still keep em comin lol

    Killed chest and shoulders today. Did a shit load of volume and fairly heavy for today. I ate pretty clean and light today but went to outback for dinner with my wife to relax since she finished up her exams for the semester. I ate a ton. Crawfish tails, 12 oz sirloin, french onion soup, and sweet potatoes. My muscles are pumped the fuck up... Will be doing this more often. Feel 50 lbs bigger haha

    Just got back from Lunch... AKA ( Back / Calves / Forearms )

    Did mostly hammer strength and cables.. Buncha volume and reps / drop sets / rest paused shit... Time constraints.

    Stiff arm straight armed pulldowns -
    Stack x 20, 15, 15, 12.
    Half Stack x 20 Rest pause x 12, Rest pause x 8

    Hammer Rows
    3 pps x 15, 15 Neutral Grip
    3 pps x 12, 12 Overhand Grip

    Wide Grip Pulldowns
    Stack x 12, 12, 12
    Drop set x 15, 12

    Smith Machine Shrugs
    225 x 40, 30, 20.. 30 seconds rest... Didn't worry about the squeeze

    Hyper Extension

    45 x 15, 12
    Drop set 25 x 15, 12
    Bw x 20

    Seated Calves
    45 each side x 50, 35, 35, 20... 30 seconds rest.. On fire

    Standing calves
    3 pps x 12, 12, 10, 10.. 30 seconds rest...

    Hammer curls
    Ran the rack on these..
    60 x 12
    55 x 12
    50 x 8
    45 x 8
    40 x 8
    35 x 10
    30 x 12
    25 x 15

    Repeat another time.. Same weights, dunno about reps... Fuckers were all swole up though

    Reverse Curls
    35 each side x 15, 15, 15
    45 each side x 10, 10

    Well I got home from work yesterday... The wife actually surprised me... She and my daughter usually go to the grocery store and get whatever pretty much...

    However, they got a daddy shopping list for me. I was pretty pumped actually.. Usually I have to shop for my own needs, and then get different stuff for them. So she took the initiative.

    Bag of boneless chicken tenderloins

    3 lbs of bison meat

    Bunch of tuna cans

    2 lbs lean turkey

    4 cartons egg whites... and some low fat pancake mix (blueberry) Makes protein pancakes.

    2 cartons almond milk

    Some fat free cheese

    wheat tortillas and steak slices (microwavable)

    uncle bens ready rice packs


    I'm set up for a good bit

    That's nice they went got all your food for you. Speaking of that one of the guys in my gym owns of meat distribution company you know they get first hand and I just picked up 15 pounds of New York steaks and 12 pounds of chicken breasts on cost about $140!!! So you can see what the markup is through the grocery store. Now that I'm about to embark on my little trip I want to make sure I have food and I can eat as good as possible while on my way.

    if you can find someone that works or owns one get friendly.... Quick! Lol.

    Hell yeah man, if you know somebody that owns a farm or food distributor... they can hook you up big time... My dad has a friend who is a big time hunter and he will a lot of the time sell me lbs and lbs of deer meat and different wild game.. I have to wait til certain hunting seasons, but its still cheap and very good quality stuff. Have you already started your "little trip" or are you waiting a bit longer?

    Do they carry grass fed beef and free range chicken? I know cheap is cheap, but if they do and you can get it at the unmarked up cost it is worth it. It is possibly the best nutritional decision I have ever made.

    ^^^ both. I live in what most people would call a highfalutin area and this guy does most of the high-end restaurants in my area.

    Next wk.... Most likely. Not 100 but pretty sure this Sunday will be first pinz. Ill start a thread to keep track.
