    Workouts this weekend were pretty good.. Did a bunch of heavy superset workouts.

    2-22 Back and shoulders workout

    Supported T-bar Row 3 plates x 10, 10, 10 Supersetted with Lat pull down 180 x 10, 10, 10

    Hammer strength Rows 4 pps x 8, 8, 8. Supersetted with close grip pull downs 190 x 10, 10, 8

    Trap bar deadlifts 315 x 10, 10, 10. Supersetted with dumbell shrugs 110 x 8, 8, 8.

    Side lateral raises 35 x 10, 10, 10, 10

    Rear Pec Deck 180 x 15, 15, 15. Supersetted with rope pulls to face 100 x 20, 20, 20.

    My back and shoulders were really blasted after this. Very fast paced and drench in sweat.

    Weight has been dropping 234 .

    Hamstrings and Quads

    Lying leg curls stack x 8, 8, 8 Supersetted with standing leg curls 50 x 12, 12, 12

    Leg extensions stack x 10, 10, 10. Drop set . Half stack x 20, 20

    Leg Press 6pps x 15, 7 pps x 12, 8 pps x 10, 9 pps x 8.

    V-squat 3 pps x 15, 15, 15.

    Was kinda rushed for this workout, but was pretty decent regardless of time.

    Today was first day with the diet. I did not start the cut yet, however.. I'm doing the introduction phase for the anabolic diet. I have used this in the past and got pretty damn lean. Starting weight is at 235 and I have a feeling i'll drop a few pounds pretty quick this week from water and glycogen.. 2 weeks without any carbs, gonna be flat as fuck. Oh well, once the carbs get re-introduced veins and muscle fullness will be sky high.

    2nd day on the anabolic diet.. So far so good.. Feeling tighter already. The fats are up, so my energy hasn't died off yet.
    Yesterday was an off day.

    Just got done hitting a chest workout.

    Incline Flyes - 30 x 20, 20. 40 x 15, 15. 45 x 12, 12

    Incline Smith Machine - 225 x 15, 15, 15, 15

    Flat Dumbell Press - 90 x 15. 100 x 12, 12. 110 x 8

    Hammer Strength Wide Press - 3 pps x 12, 12, 12

    Pec Deck - 180 x 15, 15, 15. Drop set 140 x 18

    Decline Cable Flyes - 30 x 20, 20, 20

    Abs -

    Hanging leg raises - bw x 20, 20, 20. 25 x 15, 15

    Decline situps - 45 x 12, 12, 12

    Cable Crunch - stack for 20, 20, 20

    Good workout this morning. Did a bunch of volume for arms and calves. Weighed in at 234

    Biceps

    Hammer curls - 35 x 20, 40 x 15, 45 x 15, 50 x 10

    Preacher curls - 45 on each side x 12, 10, 10

    Standing barbell curls - 95 x 12, 12, 12

    Concentration curls - 45 x 10, 10.. Dropped 30 x 15, 15

    Triceps

    Rope pushdowns - stack x 15, 15, 15, 15

    Straight bar pushdowns - stack x 12, 12, 12, 12

    Skull crushers - 45 on each side x 12, 12, 12, 12

    Dips - bw x 20, 20. 45 x 12, 12, 12

    Calves

    Seated raises - 2 plates per side x 40, 35, 25

    V Squat Standing raises - 4 pps x 12, 12, 12

    Pretty fast paced workout, went a little heavier on some of the movements.. Joints were feeling good.
