    Been to the gym everyday this week so far. Been busy with the youngin during her little spring break vacation. So far diet is still going pretty good, not starving but still keeping cals somewhat high.

    Quads / Hamstrings today.

    Leg Extensions
    Warm up - Half Stack for 20, 20, 20
    3/4 stack x 15, 15
    Stack x 10, 10
    Drop set 10 lb increments. 15, 10, 5, 5

    Leg Press- Worked on tempo speed.. Focused on lowering 4 seconds and exploding up
    5 plates each side x 10, 10
    6 plates each side x 8, 8
    7 plates each side x 8, 8
    Dropped to 4 plates x 10
    Dropped to 2 plates x 10
    Dropped to 1 plate x 10
    Very little rest on these sets... Actually felt these a ton more than just throwing the weight around

    Hack squat
    2 plates per side x 10, 10
    3 plates per side x 8, 8

    Front Squats
    135 x 20
    185 x 12, 12, 12
    225 x 8

    Was pretty exhausted after these.. Haven't done these in a while and not to mention my legs were already beat from those leg presses

    Hamstrings

    Lying leg curls
    Half stack x 12 slow descending
    +10 lbs x 12 slow
    + 10 lbs x 8 slow

    Stiff legged db's
    60 x 12
    70 x 12
    80 x 10
    90 x 10

    Lower back extensions
    45 x 10, 10, 10
    25 x 8, 8
    Bw x 15, 15

    Good workout, knees felt really good for a change... Guess the weather helps out when it's nice outside

    Knocked out a chest workout last night. Weight is staying around 233-235 in the mornings.

    Warmed up with a bunch of flyes for different angles... Get a buncha blood in the shoulders and chest

    Incline Smith 45degree angle
    135 x 10 warmup
    155 x 10 warmup
    185 x 8 warmup

    225 x 15
    245 x 12
    275 x 10

    Flat Dumbell Bench

    90 x 12
    100 x 12
    110 x 10
    120 x 9

    Incline smith @ 30 degree angle

    225 x 15, 12
    245 x 10, 10

    Hammer Strength Machine Press

    3 plates per side x 10
    4 pps x 10, 8, 8

    Cable Crossovers

    Half stack for 20 or so
    3/4 stack for 15, 15, 12

    Just wanted a bunch of blood in there to finish it off

    Ended with triceps

    Rope Pushdowns
    Sets of 20, 15, 15, 12

    V-bar Pushdowns
    sets of 12, 12, 10

    Skull Crushers
    45 each side x 12, 12, 10

    Dips
    45 x 12, 12, 10

    Workout went really quick, 45 seconds to 1 minute per set. Diet was pretty good yesterday, did not slip up any with shitty foods.. No aches in the chest (hurting) from this workout so far.. I typically tend to have problems in the insertion from my shoulder to chest...

    3-18. Just got back from my lunchtime back workout.

    Mostly concentrating on traps and upper back stuff today.

    Smith machine shrugs
    Front - 225 x 20, 20, 20
    Back - 185 x 15, 15, 15

    Reverse Incline Rear Delt flyes
    40 x 15, 15
    55 x 12, 10

    Close Grip Pull ups
    Bw x 12, 12, 10, 9

    Hammer Strength Rows
    3 pps + 25 x 12, 12, 12... Supersetted with Straight arm pulldowns on cable - Stack 3 sets for 12

    Inverted Rows... My lower back was tight from Squats from Thursday still... Didn't want to fuck up
    Bw x 20, 15, 12, 12... These actually felt pretty good

    Hyper extensions.. Bw x 20, 20, 20.. Mostly to loosen up my lower back and get some blood flow in there.

    Abs

    Decline Situps
    bw x 20, 15, 12, 12

    Hanging leg raises
    sets of 15, 15, 15

    Food intake so far today. Kinda making today a cheat day.. Have been kinda low carb for the last few days... Need some carbs

    Woke up and drank some bcaa's...

    Waited a little bit before I ate my first meal.

    9:00 a.m. footlong subway on jalapeno bread.

    Pre-workout meal : Banana and a finibar

    Intra : Glycofuse with some bcaa's

    Post workout. KFC 2 grilled chicken breasts. 1 Reeses peanut butter pie slice... Eating this right now, fuckin delicious by the way... only like 1 buck too

    Later on I'll have a shake. 1 cup of egg whites, 1 scoop of protein powder and a tablespoon of almond butter

    Dinner : I am cooking scallops and a sirloin, wifey is cooking the veggies... I dunno, prolly broccoli or some shit

    Prolly a shake before bed.. Just depends on how full I am really
