    3-19. Weighed @ 233 this morning.

    Trying a little different approach to my nutrition for a few weeks to see how things go. Been looking at some info that Ben Pakulski recommends. Low carbs during the morning, with high protein moderate fats and consume most of your carbs after your workout... I guess it's very similar to carb backloading. Anyways, we will try it and see.

    I cooked and laid out majority of my food from last night and this morning so I should be set on my food intake for today, ( shouldn't fuck up at least ) This is what I have for today so far.

    5:00 a.m. Bcaa's, while getting shit done around the house.

    7:00 a.m. 16 oz egg whites mixed with Dark chocolate almond milk

    9:00 a.m-10:00 a.m. 8 oz London broil, with broccoli and cheese (steam pack) not that bad really (This is my pre-workout meal)

    Intra workout will be BCAA's with Glycofuse.. Only about 25 carbs during this workout ( will be light biceps / heavy triceps / Calves )

    Post workout : London broil, broccoli and cheese with Jasmine Rice.

    3:00 p.m. Most likely a Pro Shake

    Dinner : Not sure yet, I think my wife has some shit on the crock pot.. Something like chicken pineapple over rice

    Bed : Bcaa's

    Biceps - All 20 seconds rest. Nonstop shit

    Alt Dumbell Curls ... Worked up the rack and then back down.

    Biceps were blown the f up. Hands were going numb half way through... Very little rest

    Grubbed out a big ass london broil steak 10 oz, Jasmine Rice with hot sauce.. Not a big fan of Jasmine Rice by the way.. Never again. Broccoli with Cheese sauce.

    ANNNND... a large frosty from wendys... Delicious haha

    Side laterals

    These were done very slow... Shit burned

    Rear delt pec deck
    Half stack for 30, 25, 20, 20
    Drop weight 10 lbs increments each time
    x15, 10, 10, 8..

    Hammer strength OH Press
    2 pps x 15, 15
    2 + 1 quarter x 12, 12

    Front Raises with cable
    30 x 12
    40 x 12
    50 x 10
    60 x 10

    Shrugs with trap bar
    315 x 12
    365 x 10 Buggin wrist a little
    275 x 15, 15

    Cable rear delts
    sets of 20, 15, 12, 10.. Dropped in half and knocked out as many as I could.. Dunno, like 20 or so

    Food was random yesterday.

    Steak in the morning, with sauerkraut.

    Protein shake with almond butter

    Intra workout glycofuse bcaa mixed

    Post workout - Wendys Asiago Grilled Chicken sandwich, Salad with fat free ranch and LARGE FROSTY

    Mid day snack - beef jerky and some egg whites with dark chocolate almond milk

    Dinner - Made a big ass baby spinach salad with chicken and goat cheese

    Took a few pics last night, will post later on.. Leaning out a little bit.. The front has leaned out a good bit more than my back.. My back is just looking big and fat looking haha...
