    Curious to peoples thoughts on this... I am planning a cut pretty soon, mid april or so... Roughly 3400 cals right now, high protein and moderate fat / carbs. Would yall cut the cals down a little or eat the same calories and throw in cardio? i'm undecided on what I plan on doing. I stay pretty consistent on how I look body comp wise with these calories, so I dunno if dropping the cals at first would make me lose muscle or if still eating the same and doing cardio would have more benefit??? Make sense? Opinions welcome.

    and cardio would be stadiums, or sprints 2-3x a week if any.

    I would add cardio. I tried the cutting calories and it's going slow and I'm about to add cardio soon.

    that's what i'm thinking as well. sprints and stadiums are more fun too than just walking on a treadmill.. blah blah

    yeah, roughly the same everyday. Typically 320-350 protein, 250-300 carbs, 75-100 fat. Anywhere from 3200-3500 cals... Just depends on what I work out really

    I do better with high protein and high-ish fat. Carbs are mostly just put in depending on how i'm looking or feeling

    That's good you have a starting place to go from. Try lowering your carbs and see how you do.

    you think dropping carbs over fats?? I was thinking dropping mostly to 75gms of fat at the highest. Since it's the highest cal count.. I was thinking I was pretty low already on carbs at my starting point

    And I was honestly going to go back and carb cycle again, but sometimes it gets all messed up if i'm not able to workout for the day... So I was gonna try a 12 week cut with just dropping carbs and fats at different times. Who knows, hahah I'm always wanting to try different things.. Hard time making my mind up on just one thing.

    I'm under 200 grams of carbs a day , i have been aiming for 150 or lower during the week. . Keep fats high if you drop carbs.

    Leg Press
    5 plates a side x 20
    6 a side x 17
    7 a side x 15
    8 a side x 12
    9 a side x 10, 10

    Hack Squat
    2 plates a side x 15, 15
    3 plates a side x 12, 12
    4 plates a side x 8, 8, 8

    Front Squat
    135 x 12 warm up
    185 x 12 warm up
    225 x 12
    245 x 10, 10, 10

    Lying Leg Curls
    Reps with 20, 15, 12, 10, 10

    Stiff leg dumbell deads
    90 x 12, 12, 12

    Hyper extensions
    bw x 20, 15, 12 ( 30 seconds rest)
    45 x 12, 10, 8 ( 45 seconds rest )

    Pounded food all day, made this a buffet day hahah... Fuck it, also drank a few brewskis and ate some new blue bell ice cream...

    Took Monday off... Wasn't able to leave from work til late.

    Yesterday did Back 3-25

    Wide grip pull downs - Focused on just squeezing the lats today... Did not let ego get in the way at all...

    Half stack x 12 ( 3 second squeeze )
    + 10 x 12 ( 3 second squeeze )
    + 10 x 10 ( 3 second squeeze )
    + 10 x 10 ( 3 second squeeze )

    My lats were cramped up like a fucker... May start doing these more than just moving the weight..

    Hammer rows
    3 ps x 12, 12, 12.. All held for 3 seconds

    Close grip pull downs
    Half stack x 12, 12, 12, 10

    Bent over rows
    135 x 15
    155 x 15
    185 x 12
    225 x 12, 12, 10

    Trap bar shrugs super setted with behind back smith machine shrugs

    275 x 15 Trap bar, 185 x 12 Smith Machine ( Repeated for 3 sets ) Good shit... Traps are sore today

    Ended with rope pull downs

    Reps started with 15 and added weight til I got down to 8 reps... Did 6 sets or so.
