    Chest today for Lunch

    Food today has been 2 cups egg whites with chocolate almond milk, and 2 bananas
    3 eggs, 4 bacon strips, and a kiwi
    Protein shake with almond butter right now before my training
    Intra- Glyco fuse with bcass
    Lunch, I have steak and chicken with jalapenos, and zuchini and squash

    How you guys like that newly remodeled kitchen! New tile and cabinets were just put in a couple weeks ago and that shit changed the way everything looks big time

    Did some chest just a bit ago... Everything was buggin the shit outta me. I will definitely not count this one in the record books haha.

    Also, kinda tweaked my wrist a little when I was doing incline smith. So far its been one of those kinda days ya know

    Back lookin wide and thick. Big shoulders and traps. You have wrist pain as well? My wrists and hands always feel tight as fuck and somewhat strained. Probably related to the numbness in hands, possible carpal tunnel issues for the last 3 years. Maybe even linked to the elbow, the fuck I know. Is it something youve had for a long time? Its more new to me in the last 3 years

    Nah my wrists are pretty good actually. I think it was mostly aggrevating me the other day when i was unlockin the smith machine on the initial lift off. So far my elbows n shoulders have been better since i changed my workouts

    She's fine.. Kinda nasty / trashy... But gotta pretty face. My gym just got a few new machines, the rest are old universal station type shit. They finally got a cybex lateral machine - it feels pretty good isolation wise. The hammer row is good, the handle always wears out though.

    Wish I had any real machines in my gym... Only machines are for leg work, a pec dec (which I can't use) and a POS bent row machine....

    its kinda hard to do workouts like DC without machines.

    I feel your pain. The weight room at my high school has 2 seated pulldown cable machines and that's it. I'm about ready to spring for a small gym membership just so I can get some variety in my workouts.
