    That was some brutal workout. How can you walk after that lol ?
    I like what you did with the leg press trying to go for 100 reps while adding weight never seen that. Do you do that 100 rep with any other exercise for any other body part ?

    Thank you glad you enjoyed it!! Honestly so hard to walk after and the next few days lol!! I do that also with the vertical leg press just not 100 reps cause I can only make it to 5 maybe 7 plates before my legs fail

    Besides correcting an IFBB Pro on a form, which in itself is a bit odd but OK. I say one thing I learned over the years - everyone is different and some people respond better to some exercises, some do stuff not necessarily book-form but they still grow so I almost never criticize people's form

    Doing half reps at the BOTTOM is as hard as it gets on any kind of squat. Big respect on making it difficult.

    As said; he's an IFBB PRO and one of the up and coming pros too. There are ways of putting your views across on these forums..... Personally I wouldn't do front squats or leg press with his range of motion, but if it works for him and is getting RESULTS then good for him.

    And he's obv done this vid for fans (did he say his wife filming?) so fair play. KEEP UP THE INTENSITY and all the best for the future Juan
