Stupid thickness, when he throws the DB and then flexes harder, unreal mass.
    Confirm what I already know

Jon is a good guy and is simple as well as down to earth. I think he has great body parts and a standout package..however his conditioning always lacking...somehow even though hist cuts come out, he looks soft. He does actually have great muscle bellies but again the soft factor makes him look undersized..though he does have great size. He looks way offseason to me even though his waist is nice and tight..makes me think it's his genetics and diet. Would love to see him work with George..with the right formula, he can be a real power in the pro ranks...

Jon is one of the few pros that seems like a natural on camera.

He seems like a awesome down to earth guy, I wish all the best for Jon, I just see him competing in the 212's at some point, his frame is just to damn small for the open

not a chance in hell buddy. sorry to you and all the other people that think i should be but i turned pro at 224. first year at ny pro i was 228, second year 230, and this year I'm on par for 235-240! I'm not willing to sacrifice muscle to compete in that class looking all strung out like a swimmer.
P.S. i guess the judges believe i should be in the open as well being as I've placed top 5 at the ny pro 2 years in a row and top 3 in toronto 2 years in a row!

5'7'' & 240 lbs contest weight is far too big for the 212's.

Trust me Mike you have to see him In person. Jon is huge he has put on a Ton of mass this year I think he would be like 245- 247 on stage this year in crazy condition he is walking around right now at 260 and looks unbelievable that picture does not do him justice.

It is cool when pro's take time to compliment and encourage their fellow competitors. Of course they all want to win but that never detracts from them recognizing the successes of others. Antoine, Jon, Juan, Jose, Jay (hmm weird 'j' trend there) have all done it recently along with numerous others (male and female) but apparently non-j names are escaping me right now.
