Great progress. You could use more chest and back width. Do you practice your back poses regularly? It helps with getting greater range of motion in your shoulder blades, enabling you to spread your lats wider during back poses.

I can see the width is there, it seems like you lose some of it when hitting your rear double bi and your front lat spread and front double bi; could be you're not spreading your shoulder blades apart as much on those poses. But you look great, and great job on your posing as well, posing practice is one of those things too many competitors overlook and it can have a huge impact on you on stage.

I would have to stretch as much as possible to the outer blades ?

In any case, thank you very much for the info

    Hi,

competition yesterday. I was too heavy for my category. so I ended up with the big competition. not disappointed, good experience. I sorely lacking mass, definition, muscle quality. I know but future years will reward me hope.

    and finally my posing

Good job, it's always hard to get on stage. Obviously you know you need to come in leaner next time, and if you can I would recommend maintaining your momentum and doing another show soon that you can keep leaning out for. In my opinion, you need to work on your back poses more, both front and rear lat spreads and double bis, with an emphasis on really spreading your shoulder blades and getting good width and taper when you hit them. Also, on your side chest, pull your shoulder that is too the audience back more to better emphasize your chest, arm, and taper from the side. In your routine, I would recommend holding the poses for slightly longer, at least the mandatory poses, and try to smooth out the transitions a bit more so it seems less jerky. Overall though great routine, and congratulations!

For better muscle development but also to avoid trauma to the joints and tendons, for best congestions and recoveries during the series while stretching are very beneficial for it.
I for one do not practice before training but worked two days after the meeting. Of course some slight stretch early in training to prepare the ligaments and tendons.
