    I fucking love squatting. For a long time i couldnt do it my back was fucked up but recently i have eased back into them and i am loving it. I do 2 sets of 95lbs 30x 2 sets 135 20x 185 15-20x 2 sets 225 10-15 times. Hopefully that will increase with time.

    Agreed. Squats are an all-around mass and strength builder.

    They are a phenomenal leg build for sure, but it is very possible to build incredible legs without squats. Don't get sucked into doing a movement because "you have too"

    Good article and I assume most on the board here are already aware. Seriously, BB squats increase my libido. Anyone else experience this? And the smith machine squat is not a natural movement. Free weight squats, period.

    Squats are the best lower body movement hands down, but i believe deadlifts are the king of all exercises for the whole body
