Ron Harris might have bigger arms than Rich Gaspari.

I highly doubt it. Rons are not even considered "arms"

Take a guess. It's in Rio Brazil.

Did we have some big contest in Rio this year?

LMFAO!!! I love when the person in the video demonstrating an exercise talks about how important good form is and make fun of how people swing by using too much weight, then go ahead and do it themselves. Rich is talking about how the biggest mistake on pull downs is leaning back and swinging.....yet every single rep he did the same thing. He obviously was using too much weight. LOL

Respect to Rich for still training hard after all these years but he has god awful form on some of these exercises. Don't preach on how to do something and then do the exact opposite.

Rich's form was perfect back in the day but now its swinging and also a case of palumboism.I wonder if Branch will look like Rich in his early 50's?
Bodybuilding isn't about how much you can lift.
It's about how much you say you can lift.

That's true. Found myself sat there shaking my head. Especially after the Genova training vid where his form on shoulders was possibly even worse. Still, who is a minion like me to question him! (ps, still shit form though!)
