Dan has a big butt regardless and yes he does not full ROM when he squats and honestly he likely never will so thanks for the feedback ..... Carry on and I am quite confident dan is aware of what works for his body.

Well the reason I bring this up is because Dan always talks about form , not just moving weight and doing things efficient. Dan talks about all these complex training methods and it appears he doesn't even focus on the basics. To me you have to do the most basic fundamental things well, before you even move on to more complex things. It's always first things first. I apologize if I'm coming off as rude.

No need to apologize dude. This is No Bull. If anyone has forgotten that and gotten upset with your statements, they need to get the fuck out.

So I am rarely on here, as normal my squat ROM seemingly steals attention away from one of the top BBers on the professional circuit right now who has a great opportunity to do very well at the Olympia and propel his career to the next level in the next few years. With that being the important factor here, my partial ROM style that everyone seems to have unique and credible knowledge on yet are unable to fully explain in detail how full ROM is more or has greater outcomes in respect to BBing than does pROM. So I ask... Why? Please elaborate (non-broscience) how full ROM squats are more beneficial in comparison to pROM in hypertrophic responses in relation to BBing. Does fROM activate a greater amount if sk muscle being its a multi joint exercise? Sure... But if a persons goal is not overall leg development then what? If synergistic force production is not the goal or outcome wanted does fROM still seem optimal? Myself, Steven, and Louie use a lot of pROM during numerous exercises... So again I ask how is fROM greater than pROM in reference to hypertrophic responses in BBing style training and goal outcomes?
