Hi all,

I am a natural bodybuilder from London, England.

I have been a forum member for years but haven't been very active! I am now planning to be consistent on the forum.

Anyway I am currently 12 weeks out from my 3rd contest over here in the UK and my prep is the best one I have ever had. I have kept things simple this year, keeping carbs [and calories] the same and just focussed on increasing cardio alongside my weight training.

Looking for anyone to offer advice and analysis on my current photo and to basically let me know how they think I am looking for 12 weeks out.
