    Default Back training 5 weeks out from my first show

    Decided to go ahead and do a small local show for fun. Here's some footage from back today, a little more than 5 weeks out. Let me know what you think and subscribe to my channel!

    Good stuff Billy. Looks just right for 5 weeks. Don't do what a lot of your competitors will be doing. Don't resist the need to take it to one or two more levels. I see it too often where people get to your condition and don't get any leaner. The body will try and fool you into 'eat more to stay full'. The next stage isn't pretty. Get with the grind, stick to whatever it needs to get ripped. If you look ripped in shit light you'll be ripped.

    Straight up beastin you have made great progress over the last couple of years props man. You're pretty damn strong too. Whats your height and weight in this vid?

    Good work BB on doing first show..

    Pretty lean for your height.. I wouldn't go too extreme.. maybe drop water and dry out.. don't want to lose any more muscle in the process.

    How are the abs, and thighs? Good indication on where you're at..

    curious to see end result.. Good Luck!

    Sorry, but he still has fat to lose. I'm not saying go extreme. Relying on drying out is also a sure fire way of him coming in smooth and smaller.

    so for his height which is 6ft you want him to look like a swimmer? ok man..good game plan..

    he's got a decision to make on whether he wants him to come in ripped to the bone and rail ass thin, or come in dry and full while retaining his hard earned muscle..

    most local shows will pick a ripped conditioned athlete over a mass guy with nice lines, and bellies. these shows are called "conditioning contests" not "bb'ing contests"

    I would rather look like a bb'er than a swimmer for sure..

    right now he's right where he needs to be.. 5 wks is enough time to tweak it a bit.. nothing drastic.
