Nice back workout, nothing crazy but hit all the angles. The only thing i wouldve thrown in were some bent over dumb bell rows.

He did a variation of it. Where the arc at the bottom went slightly across and under his body. This allowed him to use much less weight.

I might have missed that part? You talking about the seated row variation?

People say his training intensity is weak, guess if it is mine sucks too bc that's pretty much same thing I'd do for back and prob same intensity

One thing I don't get is, these guys pay for Charles to train them? Like Dex really needs someone to tell him to do pulldowns, rows, and deads? I know every now and then he throws some kinda "angle" on an exercise but honestly I have never been all that impressed. Not like someone such as Meadows that is for sure.

Come on, he doesn't pay Charles. This is free advertising for Charles' business, training pros brings in the idiots who pay big bucks.

Also, i guess that the gurus fees mainly focus with regard to gear and final adjustment.

But Dexter can do that better than anyone in the world, he does not need help.

Why is B-Rad from Malibu's most wanted lurking around behind Dex in most of the shots? Look great Dex.. now that Jay's out I'd like to see Wolf get one and Dex get another.

his training is very smart...one of the reasons why he has stayed in the game for so long and actually improving. If you believe that as you age improvements come by squatting and benching heavier and heavier you got another thing coming.
