    Guy has a nice mix of size and shape he has a great work ethic, this dude has all his contest diets in a detailed diary.

    Great decision working with Charles because your physique has made some serious improvements in the last couple of years and whether that's Charles or not but seeing that your form is like night and day difference along with your physique i think it is.keep it up guy

    Absolute filth. Nice work Guy! I like that you aren't relying on decent genetics. It's awesome to see a guy learn over the years new techniques to push his potential.

    some questions:
    1. are those dumbbell flyes easy on the shoulders?
    2. is branch really 58? he looks shorter.
