    Default Post-Contest Diet.

After contestday im planning on takeing a binge-eatingday but what to do next?

I have been reading a little bit and articles says one of two things:

    1. Lower your proteinintake a bit and eat more carbs from sources like oatmeal, rice etc. P = -10% C = +40-50% (or eat more carbs day by dag to this amount)

    2. Eat more protein from the same things you dieted on, and more veggies. Just to keep up your metabolism again and dont put on more water.
    + some fish oils.

    What do you guys think?

Slowly taper up from what you were doing pre-contest... Going crazy on carbs + water= crazy bloat and edema... Not fun.

have a good meal or 2 but stick to 80% of your diet for a couple weeks
Even if you are on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.

Sure, for a day or two maybe.
But after that itīs a sure way to shut down your metabolism and gain a LOT of waterretention.
