    I like the concept behind this series but does anyone in the world have issues hitting biceps? Lets see chest or back or shoulders, or hell, anything else. Evan = the bomb still doe

    Coming up... Got Jose Raymond and Steve Kuclo's series coming up

    This will be a whole library of basic exercises and the differences with how all the MD pros perform them. They are all built different so you can see how Evan and Jose and Steve, Compton, Jackson, Jackson, Wolf perform the same exercise differently.

    Thanks for the feedback. This was an idea I put in Nick's mind a long time ago. I want to take the best guys, and have them really showcase how they work their best bodyparts.

    For example, we'll show JOJ giving upperbody instructions, but not lower. Kuclo will show legs, but not chest.

    Been doing barbell curls with a heavier,thicker bar and can already see a difference in my forearms which are a weak spot for me.
    Bodybuilding isn't about how much you can lift.
    It's about how much you say you can lift.
