    evan do you think its beneficial to use my forehead as a trampoline la branch warren to cheat out a few more reps? i heard thats the secret to bigger tric but wasnt sure...

    Evan out of curiosity what are your arms at these days? when was the last time you put the tape on them?

    Evan, ever tried to perform SKs with your elbow more tucked in? I think when you open up your elbows as wide as you do you start recruiting more chest than tris

    if i do skullcrushers, it would have to be neutral grip, like evans but just not close grip because i dont feel anything out of it besides my elbows barking the next day.

    Trained my first 19 yrs doing skullcrushers in 90% of tricep workouts. Used EZ bar (non Olympic) and never once had even a tweak in my elbows. Used similar style to Evan and built up to 175 for 10-12. Nowadays I've not done them properly for 10 yrs and I'm more prone to niggling elbow flare ups doing pulley and dumbell exercises. Super exercise.

    Probably my fave tricep movement.
    Hard work + Dedication= MORE MUSCLE.(and haters)

    maybe i could make some forehead gains and get rid of my neandertaler hairline.
