    So first off wanted to thank Aaron From Blackstone labs for sending me this product to try, he also sent me hype and angel dust.
    As a natural Bodybuilder and LEO being natural is something I pride myself in and have to do they go hand in hand.

    This seems to be a unique product, and coming from blackstone labs I am expecting good things as their other products have sick reviews.

    I am expecting to gain a few lbs and look a little bit fuller and leaner.
    The above video describes the product and I will start the workouts tmrw, trained today early in the morning then came home had this nice package.

    My training is based around the big three lifts bench squats and deads. I do a lot of lunges as well. Will try to get some before pics going.
    My plan for this is to take 2 pills first thing in the morning one before bed. then once first bottle is done go 2 pills and 2 pills!

    Looking forward to your log brother.

    I saw a lot more with 4 pills daily, but that's not financially favorable lol.

    Well I ran it during PCT so it's hard got me to comment on stand alone results. But I did t lose as much strength that particular time as I did without it.

    Today's push workout

    Flat Barbell Bench- 295,315,315,330(2) 330x2 PR
    Incline Barbell Bench-225 5x5
    Cable Crossovers SS with incline HS press 3 sets of 12
    finished with 2 sets of Pressing to the neck with 185 for sets of 8

    Triceps
    Vbar pressdown-85(10)x4 sets
    Dumbell Lying Deadstop Extensions-30,35,40,45(8)
    French Press-70,80,90(10)

    Side laterals-30,40,45(10)
    Cable Shoulder press- 2 sets of 10

    Overall didn't sleep great but still had a great workout

    So today took 2 scoops of hype pre workout, this stuff taste like orange soda, good profile too, had a good pump in my chest even though my reps weren't that high.
    Once blackstone makes it to bigger websites it should be one of the better pump products out, def has taste and pump down

    BAD NEWS UPDATE

    this morning while training legs
    Dropped a 45lbs plate from the bar that landed on my big toe!
    huge Cut toe is purple/black
    and I am about to go to work
    As of now this is not good it hurts really bad, I am guessing I will be done putting any real pressure on it for at least a week or so
    SPoke to a friend who is a nurse actually skyped them.
    No pain around the toe just the nail.
    Not broken but Nail is likely to fall off. She said the nerves under the nail are really damaged, dropped it right on the cuticle (SP) and there is a cut.
    When the new nerves come in I guess it should feel better, it feels better when I am moving around.
    I am going into work now, hope I don't need to chase anyone today

    Before I got hurt
    Squat 315,325,365,275(7)
    Hack Squat 4plates and 25 for 8 then dropped it
    Was having a good workout haha

    So will take tmrw off
    Then get back into the routine the next day!
    I Am going to be starting Layne Norton PHAT
    Always had great success with that

    Banded Incline Dumbell press-65,75,80,80(8)
    Flat HS Wide Press- 2plates per side 2 sets of 10 reps with 3 second flex at the top

    Standing Barbell Cage Press(much harder then regular press) 105(9)x4 sets
    Side Laterals With Dumbells- 35,45,45,45(8)

    Cable crossovers SS with banded push ups

    VBAR cable Pressdowns-60 3 sets 20 reps Crazy Pump
    CG Bench SS with one arm cable Extensions- 185(6) Paused Reps with a 4 second negatives One arm Extensions 12 reps

    Then hit 8 sets of donkey Calf Raises
    then did 12 minutes of cardio on the eliptical burning 200 calories!
    Great day at the gYm

    Also Saw Interstellar = EPIC

    Great workout

    I really like the hype, that stuff taste great and the pumps are super strong, NOt sure how long it will take to notice a change or anything with the anogenin. So far so good workouts!

    Cable PRess-50,50,57.5(15)
    Incline FAT GRIP bench-185,205,205(10)- were tough sets

    Fat Grip Vbar pressdown-70(10)x5 sets
    Overhead Dumbell Ext-95,105(10)
    Single ARm Cable EXT-25,25,30,30(10)
    Side Laterals-20,25,30,35,35(15) good pump

    finished with 2 sets of dips 12 reps very controlled on the negative
    Felt good today!

    Banded Supported TBAR ROWS(orange ELITE FTS BAND) 2plates for 4 sets of 8- these are SICK


    TBar Pulldowns SS with Wide Grip pull ups- 180,200,200,200(10) 4 sets of 10 pull ups
    HS ISO HIGH row(one arm at a time) 110,120,130,135(10)
    Bent OVer 2 arm at a time dumbell rows(these are also great) 75,80,85,90,95,100(8)


    REar Dumbell Flies SS with band pull aparts- 15,20,20,20(10)
    Shrugs- 225(20)x2 275(15)x2


    Bicep-Fat Grip Dumbell Curls-40,45,45(8) regular Dumbell Curls- 45,50(8)

    ABS- yup and a Video , its quick

    the hype is on point stuff taste great, not sure what to notice from anogenin. But the HYPE taste better then Hemavol orange which is considered the godfather of pump. This is even better

    Legs, after back and deads yesterday !

    After watching some Ben Esgro, and Steve Kleva videos, Today I wanted to focus on bar path so I filmed and watched, just for my own viewing, worked on trying to keep everything alligned.

    Squats- 365,365,375,385,395(4 reps) this was great!
    Jeffersons- 95,115,135,145,155(10) each side

    Orange banded Single leg leg press(these are great) 1pps(8)x3 sets, 1pps+25(10) one set
    Split dumbell Squats- 55,60,65,70,75(5 each leg) Felt good

    Back had a wicked pump so foam rolled for about 10 mins,
    Then finished up with
    4 sets of standing leg curls SS with 4 sets of single leg leg extensions Each was 10 reps

    Today was pretty good, getting a better bar path, ( less pain on the back hips) all in all great workout

    Today's workout was the first workout I have had in a while I almost puked!

    Deadlifts- 405(10) x5 sets- 50 reps with 405 No JOKE

    Was in rough shape after that definately out of my comfort zone

    5 sets of 10 wide Grip Pull Ups
    4 sets of 15 rear delt flies with 17.5lb dumbells
    4 sets of 20 reps Cable Pullovers
    50 more CG Pull ups 5 sets of 10
    5 sets of 12 Face Pulls
    Finished with bent dumbell rows 60(12)x3 sets 20 second breaks

    Today was fast paced, higher rep and ROCKED me
    The fact that doug miller can do 475 10x10 is beyond me haha

    CRAzy PUMP

    So finished up my 2 bottles of anogenin and tub of hype

    My thoughts- not sure what to think about anogenin did not have bad workouts across the month increased my calories 45 calories per week so 180 for the month, with my one weekly untracked(not counting macro) meal. and did not gain any fat really.
    Hype- this is a sick addition to any pre workout no DOUBT

    will give a longer review on each product later on this week!
    again thanks for sending this stuff out good company

    using the TEST boost now so will see how that goes
