I'm interested to see how people respond to training videos like this with a more instructional/informational edge.

PJ definitely offers a lot of insight into his training methods. Much appreciated.

Is it a Yank thing to pronounce it "po-sterior"? Or is that just PJ?

Great videos from this guy. Very well spoken he could be a BB teacher, defiantly going to try some of his products.

Depends on where you're from in the US. I say Pah-sterior and Poh-sterior without even thinking about it. Same with the word "neither". (Neether/Nyether.) I use both pronunciations. Most people in the US comfortably change their dialect with some words or phrases without even thinking about it.

I actually think that is the hardest way to train. I have been lucky enough to train with a few pros and I must say the hardest workouts were with PJ Braun and Aaron Clark because they move so fast, Ugg my shoulders hurt just thinking about it lol

Pj comes off as a down to earth guy. Seems cool and well spoken. I was pretty surprised when the jacket came off. I don't follow him but didn't think he'd still look so good bc I thought he gave up on the competing since the business end is doing so well. Dude looks awesome.

definetely, when guys train heavy they move really slow from one set to the next, and although that method helps you lift heavier it doesnt allow for the same volume of blood to enter the muscle and also leaves you open to the chance of getting injured
