    That's actually bullshit. You can do those things for an hour a day if you'd like. It still doesn't change the fact that squatting is a very different exercise for someone 6 '2 compared to someone who's 5'8. True you can do things to enhance mobility and flexibility, but body mechanics in the end will be very different.
