NOPE! 225-315 squats maybe 365 if i feel good, Def not 20 plates i do 6 at the most but i try to get 15-30 reps. I have just been able to start squatting again so i expect big gains for my legs in the next 6 months.

Only squats on the smith machine for me...And even then my shoulders really bother me in that position

    my quad training yesterday:

Leg Extensions: 2 warmup sets of 15 reps followed by 4 sets of 20-15 reps with a drop set on the last set
Smith Squats: 4 sets of 15-12 with a drop set on the last set
Cybex Leg Press: 4 sets of 15 with a drop on the last set

Hamstrings in a few days...They get their own workout session

I put my arms out all the way towards the end of the bar. I cant do normal squats with my hands close to my head its very uncomfortable for some reason.

I used to be a volume guy. Then I realized my connective tissues were breaking down from too much volume during my exercises. So I became a fan of heavy, low volume stuff. My joints and connective tissues are stronger than ever. Even healed old knee, elbow, and shoulder tendinitis.

about 4 years ago I was able to squats with the bar acroos my back no problem...Now my hands can barely reach the bar in that position...when I finish a set of squats I feel more like I just finished a set of behind the neck shoulder presses
