    Anyone know what is up with his calves? Does he have nerve damage, or something? Is it because of his height?

    I think he tore one of them. He never had great calves, but they used to be more symmetrical. And as we all know, you can win the O without calves.

    In general, good advice! To many guys try to impress others with the amount of weight they lift.
    I train my hams also on an separate day. My hams needs some extra care, so for me it's good to dedicate a training solely to the hams.

    I started doing it after competition, holy shit 8 weeks and 8 cm diffrence on quads!
