    Not going to lie but i am not a fan of 3 of those exercises. They look pretty dangerous and not a very natural movement.

    Instead of a couple of photos of these exercises maybe a video? Describing how to do them Is pretty cryptic when they are this complicated.

    I like the idea of the bank in lateral raises .

    Unwinding Presses looks interesting, a video would help a lot.
