    I have "genetic bodyparts."

    LOL @ Chaos session.
With the exception for Hany saying "really" every 10 words, and all of his coined bodybuilding technique terminology, the videos are good. So basically, without Hany they'd be excellent.

Great machine! I can bust out mad reps on it...maybe it has something to do with the fact that more blood stays in the legs vs the lying down version...yes...yes that must be it!
I like to warmup on the upright hammy machine, but for strength and size development of hams I prefer the lying curl machine.

BTW...Phil Heath claimed that's his worst body part (hamstrings). Don't know if that's still the case though.
Phil's worst bodypart is his awful attitude.

What do people have with phils attitude? To me he sounds very professional and respectable. I think people just want to hate him.

The only way i can get any growth out of my hams is by training them separate from quad day

This 100% ,if you finish a killer quad workout you shouldn't have much energy in the tank to finish another hamstring workout

I know my sciatica likes the seated version much better. Way less lower back issues for me.

My old gym used to have a sissy squat apparatus, it took a very small space in the corner not many used it, including myself. Looking back I wish I had learned to perform and do that exercise, it hits the muscles in a unique way for sure. As small as it is, I'm not sure why the equipment itself has fallen out of favor b/c you don't see it in gyms anymore. Same as T-Bar "sleeve" type attachment...since most gyms won't dare put an actual useful T-Bar machine in there.

start with hams. when your hamstrings are pumped, and warm it makes squatting and other quad excersises so much easier. (thanks john meadows)
