MuscleGenes is going to put itself out of business telling people to figure out what type of training works best for their body. Lol

I read this article many months ago in the magazine and thought it was cool so I did a DNA test from muscle genes myself. It was interesting to see my results. Obviously I'm not a freak like ronnie, but I was pleased to know I should be training high volume and high frequency.

And changes in diet and training advised by musclegenes have achieved the results you expected?

I'm currently injured so I haven't really been able to put anything to the test yet. My results don't really suggest I need to change my diet though.
