    This. Its like the fucking wild west these days with diets, but i guess, diets are almost like the supp industry now. Anyone thinks they can do it and everyone is pretty much either doing the same shit or just over complicating things. I mean shit i heard that Blights girl is offering to do diets lol, jesus.

    I still don't get the fasted cardio. Yeah, let's do exercise after going 8+ hours without food, that'll be anabolic! Then you got people acting like an extra 10 minutes of waiting before their post workout meal will make them shrink...later in the same day that they did fasted cardio in!

    Nice to know . Uncomplicated and using what was available. Whole food works!
    Supplements do have a big place now in our diet but probably not so much as it is advertised.

    Pills in morning, preworkout, intra, post , 2 hours after workout , before bed..before sex
