    I'm doing cardio after my second workout which is a touch up workout at night around 7pm

    do you have a favorite cardio machine that seems to get the job done without sacrificing leg size? It seems that the cardio equipment that burns the most bodyfat is also the one that keeps the legs smaller and flatter

    I use the stair master I don't really think cardio makes your legs smaller what I do think is that when someone is offseason and has huge legs a ton could be fat so when they diet down they shrink
