Don't matter how much presses and laterals you do to build a nice round delts. It's genetics, look at Kevin, Phil or even Jay. All these guys have great delts since young. Now look at Kai, he have great delts, but disappear on his most muscular. Why? Because since young he have a small delts.

Phil Heath had to work hard in order to overcome that genetic weakness and build up his narrow clavicles with thick solid muscle, as opposed to a naturally wide bone structure. Give credit where credit is do...

I can agree about his bone structure. But look at his school times, his shoulders are pretty round.

Roelly is a monster. Now if only his legs were a bit bigger... 3D delts on a 2D lower body. But he's still one of the best!

Why use Roelly's routine when you can be the next Mr. Olympia using routines by Ronnie, Jay, and Phil?

The first tip seems very interesting.

Take care when you do rear laterals to avoid pinching your shoulder blades together. It’s easy to start working the upper back muscles like the rhomboids and teres major and minor if you’re not careful.
I'm having trouble with this, some punctures here and there, as i can avoid this?
