That is not really relevant knowing natural and enchanced needs are different for growth.

How is it not relevant, it could be relevant to some and not others...

It's the key. I've seen people drastically change in contest prep from switching their chicken or fish to extra lean beef like sirloin tip.

I don't know why everyone eats so much fish... Chicken I can see because it's cheap but tilapia isn't really even in bulk. Sirloin tip is easy to find in Canada at the same price or cheaper than boneless skinless breasts and it's 93% lean or higher and tastes like cheat food

This diet for the most part looks like every diet i have ever seen lol. I mean at the end of the day they are all the same but with little tweaks depending on the person.

Diet is pretty basic, but it's so important.

This diet is about 4300 calories with 350 protein, 350 carbs, and 170g fat (assuming your beef is lean) on off days and then adding around 50g carbs intra workout and if you're having a protein shake post workout another 25-50g protein.

I'd opt for lower fat and more carbs unless someone has very little appetite. Those two oz of almonds are 350 calories because has 28g of fat... I'd drop them to add more carbs in the off season I'd be adding in fruit to help with digestion.

Where are you located? I'm not near a coast so fish is pretty steep for the most part
