    Default Evan eating RAW meat

I really like Evan and what he has to say, but man I don't think I could ever eat raw meat.

I could definitely do that! I eat all my grass fed beef cooked very rare anyway.

I'm telling you guys, it's excellent! It's like sushi but arguably even better. And I've never once had any issue with bacteria etc. Although I have had sushi a couple times that upset my stomach. I like both and there's no doubt that, handled/prepared properly, both can be safe and delicious.

Does it digest well raw? And do you use all the protein as well?

It definitely is. All the more reason to stress the importance of raising animals properly. From what I understand, tapeworm becomes an issue when animals are consuming feed that is contaminated with feces. It's ridiculous that animals are sometimes raised in poor conditions...there's no good reason for it other than laziness, greed and a complete lack of caring. You don't need to be an animal rights activist to want to advocate for proper raising/treatment of animals......in the end it impacts the safety/quality of the meat.

also is that attachment to the mixer inexpensive ? great idea. im always super paranoid about my ground beef having fillers in it . so if I can start grinding my own , that would be great

Chipotle's chicken sometimes gives me the sh!tz. Only had a problem with sushi once - bad salmon.

I'm all about raw red meat. Probably one of the safer raw meats out there. I wouldn't go for raw or pink pork or chicken.

Here in Japan, Japanese eat raw horse meat. It's considered a delicacy and it's safe if properly handled and fresh.

Then blend it, and drink it, mid training session.
