    Does anyone else remember when everyone said sweet potatoes and brown rice were the best things to eat for carbs? I'm guessing this was popular about 10-15 years ago because I seem to remember that's when I "learned" that. Very few of the guys these days even eat these foods, even pre-contest.

    If those were their carb sources, they would be getting like 80+ grams of fiber per day considering how much they consume. Sooner or later you just get sick of farting all day.
