Dex is the only reason I still follow the IFBB these days. Good to see what the old fella's can still do

yawn. he is so rude on his Instagram account, its a wonder he has any fans. he only comments to those who offer advise or constructive criticism. he takes both as personal attacks. pretty sad!

Seems like a nice guy. I hope he retires from competition for the sake of longevity. I often wonder how many years pre-contest training plans and cycles take off your life? Off-season seems the healthier side of bodybuilding.

Thats the one thing I'm amazed about Dexter

Dude knows how to cycle with longevity

    started out as a bantamweight

    And became Mr. Olympia

and still wins or places highly every show

    un fukin believable

Do you guys believe that the package he brought when he won the Olympia was his best ever?

According to the judges he did on that night. In my opinion he looked better, more crisp, and ripped with little to no abdominal distention earlier in his IFBB career. The only things I don't like on Dexter's physique are his long torso from the front and his calves—other then that he's good to go. Then again if I nit pick everyone has at least one thing that's not there.

I liked more his look in 2007. Jay, really lost this MO, Jay at 100% never could be beaten by Dexter.

IMO, he was better in 2009 than he was when he won the Olympia
