Re: Rule#1 - wouldn't this put you and a lot of your brethren who publish "Do (IFBB pro's name)'s workout for a killer (insert body part here)" out of business?

I often make a point to let readers know that they should not be expecting to copy any pro's routine and get the same results. The pro's are NOT like the rest of us. In some ways they are almost another species.

    And yes, I lift.

8 and 12 i like. with regards to 8 i actually prefer Back training to chest. I never really enjoyed the heavy bench thing which brings me onto 12, higher reps are king for me. Today i did high rep Squats. I was planning to go for a run tonight but i will leave it. I always liked the film footage of Arnold and Ed Corney squating and Ed collapses. I mean they were doing fairly high reps. I never got a good effect from low reps and high weight.

you have to ask yourself how many sets/exercises do you need to train any body part? i see young guys blasting arms with way too many sets and exercises that will pump them up but no real size. They come in the gym and look the same a year later. I know a guy who is 47 who blasts his back with basic stuff and then only does machine preacher curls, his biceps are huge. i have never seen him do any barbell curls or any other exercise.
