I hope this does not mean Craig Capurso is giving up his career as a BB commentator...

There are so many Canadians that ONLY compete in this show.

Low travel expenses help. We know bodybuilder often don't make the highest salary.

Hope Henry-Pierre does well. He has a great physique

do NOT count out Iain. His physique changes quickly. He should do much better here than in Orlando.

Shawn said Toney plans on doing this show in another thread, but he isn't on this list.

    Anything official, Team MD?

I've been following him since his overall win in Ottawa. I'm telling you right now there is a legitimate shot he sneaks into that top 5 and serves a little bit more notice. He thrives on improvement.

    1) JOHNNIE JACKSON - Brings the muscle. Johnnie had his ups and down's last year, but in a roster low in top-end talent he should pull out the W if he's in condition.

    2) FRED SMALLS - Fred missed the mark on stage just slightly last week, the pictures leading up to the show (the ones one day out) made Fred look like he may steal a top 5 in a tough line-up. 2-4 at this show is a toss up, imo.

    3) IBRAHIM FAHIM - Made his pro debut at the O last year and, for lack of a better term, got shit-housed. Has a nice flowing physique with some muscle. If he comes with usual sophomore improvements - watch out.

    4) BRANDON CURRY - Damnit, Curry! Get your shit together, come in at 100% and make some jaws drop! If he does come close to 100%, he'll be second. Top 4 at 90%.

    5) TONEY FREEMAN - Cannot say enough about this monster, nearing 50 and still beating twice as many guys half his age than he loses to. Mad respect, top 5 if he's sharp.

    6) HENRI PIERRE ANO - 6-8 is really a toss up too, Ano has the advantage as per the nicest and most aesthetic of the physiques in that range. Top 5 if he's harder than at NY.

    7) GRIGORI ATOYAN - Grigori is looking well for Grigori this year. He looked really good, in general, in CA. He's gonna be in the mix, but I don't see him out of 6-9 range.

    8) IAIN VALLIERE - Iain could show up and turn some heads. Not a lot of time to make HUGE improvements, but Iain doesn't need a lot of time to change. Could push top 5 and it would not surprise me if he has improved enough to land 5th and get a point towards the O.

    9) MARSHEL HERMAN - Best of the rest.

    10) RENALDO GAIRY - This will be two years for Renaldo since competing and he's been very quiet in this extended break. A big question mark.

    11) SANTANA ANDERSON - Santana looks GREAT in his pics leading up to this show.. like usual.

    12) LEON EASTMAN - Not the best of the rest.

    13) FRANTZ MICHEL PREVALY - Toronto's version of "Big Jose" last weekend in Brazil. Not quite ready.

I´d really like to see Ibrahim Sami´s physique...I agree his O debut was nothing to write home about, but in a show obviously less intimidating he may do some damage.

    Go Toney!
