The best post contest rebound in history? I dont remember anyone who added so much lean mass after the show. Thickness on this guy is crazy not only for his age!

When you got to get that early morning cardio in and nothing else is open... you gotta do what you got to do. Actually truth be told the employees were extremely friendly and welcoming.

You not do cardio outdoors? It is the best.

SOJ does cardio outdoor early morning and then cardio at the gym with me in the afternoon. It is actually a good idea to change scenery when doing lots of cardio

You can go insane if you do tons of cardio in the gym, lol, is nasty and depressing.

Outdoors it is much healthier and your brain improve your thinking processes.

I have no idea why so many bodybuilders go to the gym and get on a stepmill or elliptical, etc. For me, bicycling is so much better. Fresh air, constantly changing scenery; you have to provide much more input into the machine than you do with the stationary bike. Anyway, to each his own.

I think Dallas is great and one of the good guys, but I prefer to do cardio at home or out on my mountain bike. Outdoors is best though.

I guess they like to put a program on the elliptical and not worry about anything else, if it starts raining or too hot in the street.

But our modern life makes us spend too much time inside buildings, work, study, family or social life, rarely occurs outdoors. We also lift weights inside a building, so if you can go outdoors to do cardio, you can only add positive aspects.
