    I was expecting 34 sets of leg ext and leg curls with some talking about working harder then everyone. At least guys like akim william and juan morel don't rely on just genetics they squat barbell row and deadlift fun to watch
    Want to improve day in and day out.

    phil is doing his thing. not everyone can train like ronnie or yates, haney wasnt one of those super heavy beyond failure guys either. anyways over the last few years phil is the only top guy who has not only improved weaknesses but turned them into strengths. seems to work...
