    Your muscles are only truly depleted
    Of glycogen after training...when u sleep there is still glycogen stored in them so u still won't tap into ur day stores as well as u would post training

    Cardio fasting gives great results, but if you want to make a meal, you will also lose fat.

    Cardio post training? No for me
