    Actually, Heath was born with narrow clavicles, which he cannot change.

    However, he built arguably the best delts and best back in bb'ing today to compensate.

    That race of Jay's to catch Ronnie was probably my favourite time.

    The ridiculous Ronnies that stepped on stage each year vs the so close Jays that stepped on stage.

    Certainly my favorite time as well. Ronnie was freak for sure and the only one to push/challenge him at the time was Jay. I also found them much more entertaining as well. Ronnie DVDs are legendary. Jays DVDs were good but he put out a TON of social media stuff, day in life, training etc. Was a great era.

    So just do all the same exercises that everyone already does, but just focus harder on the muscle! Got it, thanks for the secret big Jay
