moderate weight / high volume = big arms ... Less chance for tendonitis.. At least that has been my go to formula

Yep exactly. This is why I will only use these two exercises to go sub 10 reps.

If I did less weight on a straight or EZ bar I'd kill my forearms and elbows. Any other extensions would chew my elbows up.

These for whatever reason are totally safe for my arms. I can go stupid heavy, right to my max.

Having said that if moderate weigh/high reps gave you your arms I'll work in some higher reps.

I have found out that high reps and I mean like 16reps sometimes more works good for me for arms. I think...

Give high volume / higher'ish reps a try on arms for a few weeks.. I guarantee you will end up liking it better.. Shoulders and arms respond better to that type stimulus IMO. Or at least I have less injuries doing it this way, and can continue training them pain free.

Same here. Arms end up being in the 12-20 rep range a lot of the times for me.. Sometimes i'm feeling good and throw in some heavy hammer curls; but those don't really strain my biceps

It's really difficult to guage how much work the biceps and triceps get in terms of high reps.

Pullups, chins, OH, benching, dips etc. are all major arm involved exercises.

My warm up for my heaviest arm sets involves high reps at less weight in a half pyramid. There will have been a 20 rep 2/3 of weight set.

I'd actually say the very heavy sets specifically for arms are greatly the lesser amount of total arm work.

    Legs

Squats - 10kg more than last week still baby weight (175lbs) and it's sitting fine on my back, form great. Can't push on as quick as my deadlifts, have to be restrained.

I made a platform to help lift off and reracking, works perfectly.

Legs today. Few more weeks of squatting and they'll be the basic balance to my torso. Anything more...great.

    Torso

Dips - 19, 20, 7 (I'll ditch the third set as it could lead to injury if I'm that spent)

Soon be time to get a dipping belt and add some weight.

    Back

Pullups. 18 split over six sets. Like where I was at the start of chinning, just got to grind out the partials and total volume until it gets going.

    Chest

Decline medium grip bench - 225 for 7,7,5 pathetic,

Feels like I'm throwing the effort down a bottomless well at the moment but I still love it.
