It should help thicken your lats up
    Thanks man!

Fuck. I wish I could do even one wide grip pullup. Narrow grip is all I do hence calling them chins. Palms facing me, hands a foot apart.

The wide suff I have to do on pulldowns which is ok, I'm ultra strict, sitting upright and no body swing.

Widening is my absolute priority as I really need it from the front in my FDB and of course my rear lat spread.

Judge a person by the company he keeps - or doesn't!

Yep. In almost 30 years training I've trained alone for 99% of it.

I'm starting to realize I can progress with technique far farther than when I first try an exercise I've always left on the shelf.

Some are now emerging that could make all the difference that I always thought were just not suited for me. My lack of technique knowledge and bedding in.

Overhead press is one of those. It's a compound that needs body stabalization that of course isn't there at first.

In terms of losing fat it's simply keep each meal sensibly low in crap.

In terms of gain, not enough. I need to a get another full meal in every day. Working out what that will be. Probably a switch up between necking an extra tin of tuna on some days and a decent meal replacement on others. I'll have to be consistent and that can be difficult with food if it becomes an ordeal.

I don't count calories at all.

    You should
Is easier to know how you doing
Too many calories You get fat
    Too little you loose weight
What are you trying to achieve?
    More muscle
    Less fat
Very difficult to do both at same time...
If I'm bulking I don't bother I just eat everything
If cutting I need to know exactly how many calories in consuming.
    I use myfitnesspal app..
It helps you to get and idea of how many calories you are consuming... With macros too

I'm about where I need to be for fat loss, any more lean isn't necessary. So it is all about gains now. I'll simply keep the fat and sugar reasonable.

I can get to 200g. Money is no problem and I don't work. I can devote months to this.
