Keep on getting more reps on those pullups and you'll eventually get those lats out there. Do you do any pullovers? They may help your lats. I first started out with like 10 sets of 3 when I first started doing pullups, now I can get 20+ in a row. So just takes time. Also, try not going too too wide with your pullups. It'll start putting strain on your shoulders and wrist after a while. Go a little further out than shoulder width

Ah, ok on the hand spacing, thanks. Yep I'm aiming to a get a zillion of these fuckers. I've never done pullovers, are they a thickener or do they hit the width?

Pull ups are probably one of the best upper body movements you can do; think about all of the muscles they hit.

They also work your grip which helps with deadlift.

They should help thicken the lats. Should help with your FDB pose too, I would think. I like them just because it takes out a lot of the bicep in the movement and should only try and pull with the lat.

I'll definitely try them. Guess they worked for Dorian, Nautilus style.

^^^I'll stop supersetting the first two after this week as they both need full stablity and to do the second tired from the first won't be wise.

    Chest & triceps

Dips! Got a new dip stand today so been trying it out and I can get 10 fairly decent reps each go (257lbs bw). I actually don't want to go deeper than my current limit as that's when my shoulder gets aggravated.

    Evening session

Squats (real squats) pitiful weight but good form to parallel and no issues, so I'll now pursue these as well as my trap squat/deads.

Stiff legged deads - keeping the reps up to 20.
