    Shoulders

    1. Overhead standing bar press - up to 147lbs

    2. Upright EZ bar rows up to 143lbs

    3. Shrugs to front with bar up to 352lbs

    4. Lateral raises up to 11lbs - I use this as the guage to whether I've killed my shoulders. I can hardly raise my arms to the side.

Great session, all the exercises lock together hitting all around the girdle.

That's an impressive standing press number. Good work.

Thanks man! I really love them. I keep my elbows quite forward not out and a slightly wider than shoulder width grip.

I can actually only just clean the bar up so it remains to be seen if my clean keeps up with my reps or whether I need to do some extra work on that separately for reps.

    Torso

Nasty mix up of pullups, dips and chins. Just whenever I'm ready to go again, no order.

That's either a small ass power rack or you're tall as hell

    Tall as hell. 6'4.

But it's probably not as high as some pro quality power racks. I guess they need to be as high as a full average lockout at most.

I hear ya. Being tall is good, but it's a pain in the ass to fill out arms and legs. Whenever I put on 10 lbs or so, you can hardly tell. But when a shorter guy puts on 10 lbs they look like they gained 30 haha. I've been looking into getting a power rack, found a pretty good one at Dick's Sporting goods for 400$ or so, which includes the pullup variation handles. Seems to be sturdy.

Seriously you won't regret getting one at all. So many things can be done and it's great to know you can fail on a suicide last rep and the catch bars will save your ass.

Pullups is the latest function I've started using on it. Works perfectly.

Wow, you've really depressed me. I thought 'It's ok CM is super thick he's probably a short dude'. So you're tall and you have that fucking physique? I give up.

Yeah, I think i'm going to make it a priority to get one in the near future. I hardly ever use many machines at the gym anyway, so it would definitely pay for itself after a year or so. Keep banging out those pullups man, you will eventually get to where it's very easy to do 10+ in a row. Start hanging with a 45 lb for as long as you can too, it will tremendously help your grip and you will also get better like that. Nah man, i'm a taller guy like yourself. Right at 6'2", And i'm not really a thick dude. Kind of on the athletic looking side, I just have thick arms and back.

    Legs & Back

Trap bar deads - 375lbs for 1! Ass came up slightly first which seems to be the way on 'unknown' lifts. Just nerves making you overdo it.

    170kg Floor 2.jpg170kg Top.jpg

Then I did two sets of triples with 330lbs
