Great read, compared to some of the posts I've seen, this guy wasn't on a ton of gear at all! Bravo to him for opening up!

Crazy to see that he describe himself as a very moderate consumer when you look at his drug stack. Hell, he's not lying... I guess. But it's amazing how much drugs play a huge role in today world.

I have heard of guys that use a lot more than he does. I just don't think it's helping them anywhere near as much as they think it is.

I think you get to a certain point, where more isnt better. Reading that put a new perspective on what is needed and just how important diet and training are

Hits the nail on the head here

I will run 800-1,000 milligrams of test per week, along with 600 milligrams of Deca or EQ. If you can’t grow from that, you’re not doing everything else right. If your training and nutrition are on point, that should be plenty of gear to make gains on.

"Dose" should always refer to the amount on the bottle. Too bad so much UG gear is weak and underdosed.

I always make a point that genetics are the bottom line in this sport - not a very popular stance because it's something that can't be changed. It's nice to believe that anyone can be a pro bb, but it's not true at all. Only a select few can.

Genetics and gear response is what makes a bodybuilder. I have heard Rami is not a big eater but look at the size of him. I realized a long time ago the more I take the more sides I get.

Absolutely, exceptional gear response is something most pro's have in common.

If only Bostin Lloyd could read this.If you have to take so much shit even if it is underdosed or fake gear where its ruining your health and you only look decent, maybe bodybuilding isn't for you.Might sound harsh but that's the reality. Not everyone is blessed with pro genetics.
Bodybuilding isn't about how much you can lift.
It's about how much you say you can lift.
