If you don't love or atleast like John something is wrong with you.

Great video! Looking forward to the next part. Good luck John with these last weeks. I really hope you get a placing you feel happy and good about afterwards.

Oh man, that was great.I hope there's many more like that to come.
Bodybuilding isn't about how much you can lift.
It's about how much you say you can lift.

This looks to be a fantastic series, John I would be interested to hear your thoughts on the effect cardio has had on your strength and physique especially in relation to trying to reach 212 vs full and conditioned.

Great video, kudos to MD for giving us a glimpse into John's life. I really enjoy these videos that explore more interesting aspects of bodybuilding than just 'sets and reps.'

I love John, he is everything that is good about this sport. Whenever I get down about the newer group of social media douchebags, I remember that there are still solid men like Meadows out there representing us so well.

A nice look into John as a person and the rigors of contest prep and just very candid talk about the effect contest prep on a marriage! One of the more informative videos I have ever seen! One thing for sure the principles learned in bodybuilding(focus, dedication) if transferred over to your real life(wife, kids) can help a lot.

I'm also a father, husband (15 years), bodybuilder and i've been in the same position as Meadows (marriage). This episode had hit me really hard because i reconized everyting he said about his kids and wife.

Thanks for the reminder cause we easily forget what is the most important in our lives!

To think that BL had the audacity to call John Meadows out.
The bodybuilding world is a better place for having John Meadows.
