    Good info except for ATP. I thought ATP was converted by the cell from glucose for energy. When ATP is used up, the cell uses glucose for energy. In a 100 meter dash, the runner uses all his ATP up 20 meters from the finish and his muscles use glucose the rest of the way. How can ATP help build muscle?
